We're hiring: Senior Sales Executive — Institutional Sales BRB by Forbidden Foods | Bengaluru | Full-time | 4–7 years BRB is a better-for-you snacking brand built for urban India — popped chips, peanut butter wafers and baked toasties, already live across quick commerce, Amazon, up-to-date trade and vending. Institutional is our biggest untapped channel. We're looking for someone to own it across NCR.

The role Build and run our institutional business across Delhi NCR: vending operators, HoReCa, QSR and café chains, hotels, corporates, co-working spaces, cinemas and gyms. You'll source your own funnel, pitch, negotiate, close, and then run the account — carrying an independent target for the region. This is a hunter's role with a blank slate, not a defined territory with a fixed beat.

What you'll own A qualified funnel of institutional accounts you've sourced yourself End-to-end deal-making: pitch, proposal, negotiation,



contract Contribution margin on every deal — and collections against agreed credit terms BTL and field activity for these channels, with marketing Current and unconventional channels we haven't cracked yet What we're looking for 4–7 years in sales / BD / KAM for a consumer brand; F&B; or FMCG preferred Existing relationships across NCR institutional accounts are a robust plus A track record of closing new accounts, not just servicing inherited ones Commercially sharp — comfortable with margin, credit terms and deal profitability Confident presenting to procurement heads, F&B; managers and founders alike Self-driven enough to turn a target into a plan without being managed into it Uncompromising on ethics
