Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of cell manufacturing Line-Thermal machines(Diffusion, Annealing & PECVD), Wet Tools(Texture, BSG & PSG), ALD and Printer operations and maintenance.
Ensure machines operate within specified parameters and maintain equipment reliability.
Troubleshooting & Repairs
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and process-related issues.
Quickly resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize production loss.
Preventive Maintenance
Plan and execute scheduled PM activities.
Maintain PM records and update maintenance logs.
Spare Parts Management
Monitor critical spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with procurement for timely ordering of spare parts.
Documentation
Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown reports, and root cause analysis.
Maintain machine manuals, SOPs, and maintenance documentation.
Team Coordination
Guide and support technicians during maintenance activities.
Coordinate with production, utilities, and process teams for machine-related issues.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards and company policies.
Support EHS requirements and maintain secure working conditions.
