Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and follow-ups.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve sales targets.
Build solid relationships with students and prospective customers.
Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Ensure a smooth admission and enrolment process.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales is mandatory.
Edtech Expeience
Is a Plus Candidates from any sales background are welcome. Freshers are not eligible for this position. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi . Solid convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Target-oriented and passionate about building a career in sales. Willingness to work 6 days a week .
