Incuspaze is one of India's leading managed workspace providers, delivering premium office solutions across multiple cities. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities.
Verify and process vendor invoices.
Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve payment-related queries.
Process payments through corporate banking portals.
Ensure GST & TDS compliance for vendor payments.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Track and settle vendor advances.
Maintain vendor master data and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare AP MIS reports and ageing analysis.
Maintain accurate accounting records in the ERP system.





Skills Required
Positive knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and vendor accounting.
Experience with ERP systems (Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Solid MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
13 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
Experience in Real Estate, Commercial Interiors, Facility Management, or Service Industry will be preferred.
