Role & responsibilities
Conduct inspection and quality checks of all finishing works, including plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, tiling, joinery, and related activities.
Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for timely completion of works.
Identify defects, monitor corrective actions, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction and finishing works.

Critical Skills Required:
Expertise in inspection and quality control of all types of finishing works.
Robust site supervision and execution management skills.
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Positive coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
