What youll do:
Partner with production and team leads to handle the production schedule.
Identify and coordinate dependencies at the feature or pod level.
Manage capacity and understand velocity of the feature team.
Collaborate with your team to ensure that key developmental and production objectives are satisfied.
Prepare realistic project schedules for the development team, including key dates and reviews
Implement project tracking through JIRA and scope management processes
Coordinate efforts for content and release tracking
Proactively identifies risks to meeting key dates including licensor submission and release schedules, ensuring appropriate steps are taken to mitigate risks
Communicate regularly with team members in all directions on project status.
Foster and maintain a positive culture and work workplace.
Serves as an internal game critic, and champion of quality while advocating for the player!





What you bring:
5+ years production experience with one or more complete development cycles in a production role
Proven experience as a Producer within game development production. Must have shipped at least one game and/or been involved with one project through a complete development cycle.
Outstanding organization, communication and leadership skills.
Experience with Scrum/Agile/Waterfall development.
Proven track record working in rapid development cycles and live games
Experience leading highly engaged multidisciplinary teams
Must be a self-motivated detail oriented problem solver with a robust desire to contribute in a uniquely creative workplace.
Previous experience in mobile or live games is a plus.
