Eligibility Criteria for Applying
A law degree from a well-recognized University, and enrollment with the Bar Council.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of PQE exclusively in domestic and international M&A; Transactions and Contracts
Leadership experience in complex, high-stakes transactions
Excellent drafting, legal analysis, verbal and written communication skills.
The capability to handle work independently.
Organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments.
Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline-driven workplace.
Ability to manage and get the best out of teams.
