Role Specific Competencies
Perform regular preventive maintenance on all equipment and facilities to ensure their optimal operation and minimize downtime.
Preparation of MTTR, and MTBF for all necessary machines.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and take appropriate corrective action.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety,
environmental and quality standards.
Preparation and updating of ISO documents related to IMS, EMS, QMS, and OHSMS.
Install, commission, and test new equipment and systems.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure equipment and facilities are maintained in accordance with relevant standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and productive manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including spare parts inventory and equipment performance.
Collaborate with other departments and external suppliers to ensure equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely and cost-effective manner.
