Role Description The SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) Teacher role is a full time, in office position based at the Euroschool campus in Bengaluru. The SEL Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate SEL lessons, integrating social-emotional skills such as self-awareness, empathy, and responsible decision-making into the school curriculum. Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom sessions, facilitating group activities, supporting students in managing emotions and interpersonal relationships, and collaborating with other teachers to embed SEL practices across subjects.





The role also involves monitoring student progress, maintaining records, communicating with families when required, and participating in school-wide initiatives and training programs related to student well-being.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Education and Teaching, with experience in school-based instruction or student support.

Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured SEL programs and facilitate workshops or sessions.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and families.

Relevant academic background in Education, Psychology, Child Development, Counseling, or a related field is beneficial.

Prior experience in SEL, life skills education, or student counseling, along with the ability to manage classroom dynamics and support diverse learners, is an advantage.
