Free processing of Account opening, Customer requests as per guidelines and ensure checks and controls. Regulatory guidelines on CKYC, Re-KYC are met. Validation of TAT Compliance and any exceptions are reviewed for closure with Team Lead.

Review the data for accuracy and work on improvement to ensure that valuable data gets into system. Continuous effort to ensure data is accurate. Regular MIS on the process and exceptions to highlight for improvement and automation.

Review of Exceptions / Rejects for bringing in improvement in process, control and education purpose. Training to the team on process adherence and controls.

Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate Experience: 3 to 5 years Experience Level Senior Level
