Role & responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to achieve maximum equipment uptime.
Lead maintenance activities for Paint Shop, Utility Systems, and Electroplating equipment.
Operate and maintain ETP, STP, RO, and DM plants in compliance with statutory and environmental requirements.
Perform troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and modify PLC-controlled systems; programming knowledge will be an added advantage.
Lead machinery installation, commissioning, and validation of current equipment.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of diesel burner systems and associated utilities.
Conduct condition monitoring and implement predictive maintenance techniques to improve equipment reliability.
Plan and supervise fabrication and modification activities for process improvements.




Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen and cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead a team of technicians and contractors by allocating work, monitoring performance, and developing technical competencies.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, spare parts inventory, and documentation.
Coordinate with production, quality, EHS, and other cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring equipment failures.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
