Sandfits Foundries Private Limited is a pre-eminent iron casting manufacturing company that produces Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, CG Iron, and AD Iron. Sandfits has 3 foundries with a capacity of 60000 tons PA. Sandfits has a dedicated machine shop to deliver precision iron components to customers worldwide. Sandfits Foundries are located in and around Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and has a certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
The Role The selected candidate is responsible for HR operations for all the plant, he / She will be focusing on employees’ relations, statutory compliances, recruitment of operators and their life-cycle management, welfare and aligning with business goals of the plant. He will also be responsible for labour law adherence, payroll operations, training and driving positive culture across the plant. In addition, he will work on the various corporate initiatives of Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations across all the plant
Ensure that requirements of blue collar met across the plant throughout the year
Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and grievance redressal.
Oversee contract labour compliance and timely availability with required skill
End-to-end hiring for workmen
Skill development and facilitating training of the Operators with the support from Operations.
Manage payroll, wages, bonuses, and statutory perks including approvals from the Management through Unit Head and Plant HR head for Operators
Implement HR policies,
Maintain records of blue collar at the unit
Engagement activities for the employees monthly
Developing positive culture
Legal compliance under various labour laws
Support all customer audits and IATF audits.
Coordinate with all the units and support the Unit HR
Qualification & Experience Ideal candidate should have full time Master’s degree in Social Work specializing in Human Resources Management with 15 to 20 years’ experience in foundry or manufacturing industry.
