Position: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive hotel revenue
Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
Identify new business opportunities and market segments
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and promotions
Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proven track record in revenue generation and client handling
Knowledge of OTA platforms and corporate sales is an added advantage
