Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end production operations and achieve daily production targets.
Oversee processing of fish, buffalo meat, and other frozen food products.
Plan production schedules and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery.
Monitor production costs, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.
Maintain production reports, inventory records, and operational documentation.
Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve productivity and quality goals.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

Production planning and capacity management.
Inventory and raw material control.
Knowledge of quality systems (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI, ISO 22000).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
ERP/MRP knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Fisheries, Meat Technology, Production Engineering, or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in seafood, meat processing, or frozen food manufacturing.
Proven experience in handling large production teams and factory operations.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹70,000 per month
