The PDP Group is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Executive – Operations to oversee day-to-day cargo handling operations, lead field teams, and ensure smooth coordination between operations, maintenance, and clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics operations, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the daily cargo handling operations, ensuring protected, timely, and efficient loading, unloading, shifting, and storage of cargo.
Lead and coordinate a team of operators, supervisors, mechanics, and field staff to ensure seamless operational execution.
Monitor field operations and ensure all activities comply with industrial safety standards and company SOPs.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of operational data, cargo movement records, and storage agreements into the company software.
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management and other stakeholders as required.
Coordinate with internal departments, including maintenance, administration, accounts, and client servicing, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Visit client locations when required,



address operational concerns, and maintain solid customer relationships by providing timely resolutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety guidelines at all operational sites.

Who We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, cargo handling, warehousing, port operations, or heavy equipment operations.
Experience in leading and managing operational teams.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting.
Robust coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
