R3 Consultant is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Pune. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to delve into data analytics within the staffing and recruiting industry, where your insights will drive strategic decision-making.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will enhance our recruitment strategies and improve client outcomes. Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to recruitment metrics
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs




Utilize statistical methods to solve business problems
Present findings and recommendations to management and clients
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various platforms
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover new opportunities
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
8+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Strong expertise in Data Visualization, Predictive Analytics, Forecasting.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Strong experience in Machine Learning
Experience with statistical analysis software (R, Python) is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making
