Senior Executive – Packaging Procurement Role Summary: The role of packaging material buyer involves significant team and cross functional interaction, developing sourcing strategy for packaging material, Risk analysis and mitigation planning, Robust negotiation skills, understanding of quality parameters in packaging material, etc. Should have strong analytical skills and should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Roles and Responsibility: Manage optimum inventory levels of packaging material at all locations Manage and finalize required quality of packaging material with QA dept Ensure no stock out of any packaging material at any site Resolve packaging related complaints from customers by appropriately taking up with suppliers Negotiate with Packaging suppliers and finalize long term contracts Current vendor development Savings project in Packaging Sustainability related initiatives in packaging domain Requirement: B.E. Mechanical with 3 to 4 years’ experience in operations / sales in FIBC industry along with SAP knowledge Positive Communication Skill Travel as per the company requirement.
