What We’re Looking For Core Skills:

Practical experience building Agentic AI applications.
Robust understanding of AI Agents, Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures, and multi-agent systems.
Experience designing scalable distributed systems.
Ability to independently analyze requirements and implement technical solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of qualified software engineering experience.
Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related cloud technologies.
Demonstrated expertise in Agentic AI, AI Agents, and A2A architectures. • Robust background in software architecture and distributed systems.
Experience working with enterprise clients and technical consulting engagements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
