Sr Project Lead-Testing Services Area(s) of responsibility Key Responsibilities Test Leadership & Strategy Lead QA teams in planning, designing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies. Define test plans, test approaches, and quality metrics for enterprise applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
Mentor and guide QA engineers on best practices, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies.
Test Automation
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca . Implement risk-based and model-based test automation strategies. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Analyze automation coverage and drive improvements in test efficiency and quality.
