Role Overview

Realatte Ventures is looking for a Performance Marketing executive to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in lead generation campaigns, data-driven decision-making, and performance optimization to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, and ad performance to maximize ROI.
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative improvements.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.
Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates,



and share actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to develop high-converting campaigns.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with a solid focus on Lead Generation.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, and related marketing tools.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
