The SAP Vistex Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Vistex solutions within SAP S/4HANA to manage complex pricing, rebates, chargebacks, billbacks, and incentive programs. The role also includes working with Vistex Data Management (DM) for analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Solution
Design & Implementation • Lead solution design for Quote to Cash and Contract to Settlement processes.
• Configure Vistex modules including:
• Rebates (customer/vendor)
• Chargebacks (including debit memos and adjustments)
• Billbacks (sales incentives and reimbursements)
• Composite Models (multi layered agreements and settlements)
• Integrate Vistex with SAP SD, FI, and MM modules.
Claims & Settlement Management • Automate end to end claims lifecycle: initiation, validation, accrual, settlement.
• Use tools like Claim Workbench and Add bill Workbench for managing exceptions and adjustments • Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with audit trails.
Data Management & Reporting • Work with Vistex DW to manage large scale data for pricing, contracts, and claims.
• Develop custom reports including SOX compliant reconciliation and rebate detail reports • Knowledge of Performing data conversion from legacy systems to S/4HANA will be added advantage.
Stakeholder
Collaboration • Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and cross functional stakeholders.
• Provide support for ongoing enhancements and issue resolution.

Required Skills
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Vistex.
• Solid understanding of pricing procedures, condition types, and agreement types.
• Experience with Vistex Fiori and SAP Launchpad integration.
• Familiarity with Vistex DW and analytics tools.
