Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of food ingredients, beverages, housekeeping materials, kitchen equipment, and other hotel operational supplies. The ideal candidate should ensure timely procurement, maintain quality standards, negotiate competitive pricing, and build solid vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement of Hotel Supplies
Purchase food items, beverages, housekeeping materials, kitchen equipment, and other hotel operational supplies.
Identify reliable vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
Ensure the quality and timely availability of all purchased items, especially perishable goods.
Purchase Orders & Inventory Coordination
Prepare and process purchase orders in coordination with the Stores and Accounts teams.




Monitor inventory levels and maintain minimum stock requirements.
Coordinate with the Storekeeper to track daily consumption and ensure timely replenishment.
Vendor Management
Develop and maintain a reliable vendor database.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve issues related to quality, delivery delays, or billing discrepancies.

Required Skills
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Knowledge of hotel purchasing procedures and inventory management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet procurement deadlines.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
