Role Summary The Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance is responsible for ensuring accurate financial accounting, statutory compliance, and productive financial operations of the organization.

The role supports day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting support, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The incumbent will work closely with internal departments, vendors, auditors, and the finance leadership team to maintain financial accuracy and support informed business decisions.

Success in this role will be measured by:
Maintaining accurate and timely accounting records with minimal errors.
Ensuring 100% compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.
Preparing timely and accurate MIS reports and financial statements to support management decision-making.
Completing month-end and year-end closing activities within defined timelines.
Effectively managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.




Supporting audits by maintaining complete documentation and resolving audit observations promptly.
Identifying prospects to improve financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring timely financial support to business operations.
