Role & responsibilities

Contract Manufacturing (ThirdParty Units)
Coordinate with thirdparty manufacturers to achieve planned production, quality, cost, and delivery timelines
Share production plans, datasheets, and requirements as per SNOP decisions
Ensure proper maintenance of documents such as COA, invoices, control samples, and stability samples
Review monthly production and material consumption and share observations with internal teams
Support manufacturers in improving process efficiency, yields, and packing material usage
Support audits and evaluation of current contract manufacturing sites with Quality teams & maintain Supply agreements.
Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance at all manufacturing sites
Develop and maintain approved vendor lists and vendor performance records
Coordinate logistics, transportation agreements, and cost optimization
Work with Packaging, Quality, and manufacturers for artwork development and label compliance
Loan License Manufacturing Units.
Collect monthly RM/PM stock statements from loan license sites
Identify material shortages and raise Purchase Requisitions
Track delivery of materials and maintain inventory levels




Coordinate with planning and production teams for future requirements
Oversee manufacturing activities, including yield monitoring
Handle quality complaints with QA and Corporate QA
Maintain minimum inventory for MOQ batches as per plan
Support technology transfer of recent products across dosage forms
SAP & System Activities.
Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for materials, services, and promotional items
Generate and circulate Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors and manufacturers
Raise POs for finished goods based on distribution team requests
Track PO approval and release with Finance
Daily Operational Activities
Maintain material receipt and dispatch records
Coordinate dispatch documents such as E-Way Bills & LR Copies.
Verify invoices and submit them to Accounts for booking
Reporting & MIS
Prepare and share weekly and monthly operational reports
Track PR/PO status and delivery performance
Maintain manufacturing performance and yield reports
Share vendor performance and manufacturing scorecards
