Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Engineer with expertise in procurement for Building Management Systems (BMS), ELV, Fire Alarm, CCTV, PA Systems, and Security Systems. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and timely material sourcing for project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement for BMS, ELV, Fire Alarm, CCTV, PA, and Security System projects.
Source materials from OEMs, authorized distributors, and approved vendors.
Procure BMS controllers, Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, structured cabling, cable trays, conduits, cables, networking equipment, and installation materials.
Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, and release purchase orders.




Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
Develop vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering.
4+ years of procurement experience in BMS, ELV, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Security Systems, MEP, or Building Automation projects.
Robust knowledge of OEMs such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Bosch, Hikvision, Dahua, Johnson Controls, or equivalent.
Positive negotiation, vendor management, and commercial evaluation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Procurement software.
