Requirements : ● Territory Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the territory to effectively identify and evaluate strategic sites. ● Property Scouting: Lead the scouting and acquisition of current land and commercial properties in Delhi tailored to specific area requirements. ● Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of average rental rates and land values for commercial leasing across various specifications. ● Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end legal documentation process for lease agreements, ensuring full compliance with local regulations. ● Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler for extensive field-based acquisition activities.
