Support financial planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and business partnering. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, support decision-making, and improve profitability. Key Responsibilities
Assist in budgets, forecasts, and monthly planning; track budget vs. actuals
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
Perform revenue, cost, margin, and profitability analysis




Build financial models; support cash flow and working capital tracking
Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams on business initiatives
Ensure data accuracy, controls, and process improvements Skills & Competencies
Robust analytical skills and finance fundamentals
Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
Good communication and ability to work in quick-paced settings Qualification & Experience
B.Com / BBA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
1–3 years in Business Finance / FP&A; / MIS Key Attributes
High ownership, detail-oriented, proactive team player
