Job Title: Senior QA/QC Coordinator Third Party Inspection (TPI)

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate QA/QC inspection activities for Third Party Inspection (TPI) projects across multiple industries.
Plan and allocate inspectors based on project requirements, client specifications, and inspector competency.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and inspection teams to ensure timely execution of inspection activities.
Review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Plans, WPS/PQR, material certificates (MTCs), NDT reports, and other quality documents.
Monitor and manage vendor, supplier, and subcontractor inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
Review and approve inspection reports, NCRs, technical documentation, and final quality dossiers.




Act as the primary escalation point for inspection-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ISO, EN, NACE, PED, and client specifications.
Maintain inspection records and documentation using QA/QC management systems.
Support tender submissions by reviewing inspection scope, manpower requirements, and project schedules.
Mentor and guide QA/QC Coordinators and Inspectors to enhance technical competency and performance.
Liaise with global clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
