Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 710 years of Agile Delivery experience to lead Data-related projects including Data Warehouse, Data Migration, and Data Platform initiatives. The role requires end-to-end project management, financial governance, budgeting, capacity planning, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile delivery and facilitate Scrum ceremonies across cross-functional teams.
Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
Drive delivery of Data Warehouse, Data Migration, and Data Platform initiatives.
Own project budgeting, costing, forecasting, and financial governance activities.
Manage resource planning, capacity forecasting, and utilization.
Track risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations while ensuring timely resolution.




Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills
7–10 years of Scrum Master / Agile Delivery experience.
Proven experience delivering Data Warehouse, Data Migration, or Data Platform projects.
End-to-end Project Management experience with delivery ownership.
Hands-on experience in Budgeting, Costing, Financial Forecasting, and Financial Governance.
Experience in Capacity Planning and Resource Forecasting.
Robust expertise in Jira and Confluence.
Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Protected frameworks.
Stakeholder Management and Escalation Management experience.
