– Senior Data Scientist

Location: Remote / Hybrid Experience: 5–7 Years Employment Type: Full time Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, Generative AI, and MLOps while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world business applications. Develop predictive analytics, recommendation systems, forecasting models, and NLP solutions. Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights.

Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference. Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications. Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders. Mentor junior data scientists and review technical solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI,



Machine Learning, and Data Science.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning. Robust proficiency in Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, and related ML frameworks.

Experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and Generative AI applications. Strong understanding of statistics, probability, optimization, and experimentation.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills Experience with Computer Vision or NLP projects. Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Hadoop, or distributed computing.

Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, or Microsoft Fabric. Exposure vector databases and AI agent frameworks.

Experience in enterprise AI solution development.
