We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and complete accounting records, including Journal Entries, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and Ledger Maintenance.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements, including Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Perform timely reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, and Intercompany Balances, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare MIS Reports, Financial Reports, Budget Analysis, and Performance Reports to support management decision-making.
Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Charts, Data Analysis, and Reporting Tools to improve reporting efficiency.




Ensure compliance with GST/VAT, Corporate Tax, Statutory Requirements, Internal Financial Controls, and Company Policies, while maintaining proper documentation and audit-ready records.
Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit activities.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills
47 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.
CA Inter candidates are preferred.
Robust knowledge of Bookkeeping, Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Statements, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and MIS Reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Charts, Data Analysis).
Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP software such as Tally ERP, Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Positive understanding of GST/VAT, Taxation, Corporate Tax, Financial Reporting, and Audit Compliance.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
