Hands-on builder mindset with 10+ Databricks implementation projects.
Comfortable working in rapid-paced, customer-facing environments.
Robust problem-solving, adaptability, troubleshooting skills, and ownership of delivery outcomes.
Ability to confidently represent engineering teams in front of customer stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end Databricks implementations, including front-end integration, back-end data engineering, systems integration, technical consulting, and solution architecture.
Build and deploy production-grade data pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks solutions while working directly with customers.
Drive end-to-end delivery and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
