Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and MID Server.
Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
Required Skills:
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Solid expertise in
ITOM
(Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
Positive understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
CSA (mandatory).
CAD (mandatory).
CIS-ITOM certification is preferred.
