Role Description The Senior Quantity Surveyor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), monitoring budgets, tracking variations, and producing regular cost reports for stakeholders.

The Senior Quantity

Surveyor will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors, negotiate with suppliers, and support contractual claims and risk assessments. The role also involves implementing cost control processes,



advising on cost planning strategies, and contributing to continuous improvement in commercial and financial project performance.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid cost management skills, including Cost Control and Cost Management.

Candidates should possess expertise in quantity surveying documentation, including BOQ preparation and review.

Candidates should possess capabilities in financial planning, including Cost Planning and budgeting.

Candidates should possess skills in monitoring and communication of project finances, including Cost Reporting.

Relevant bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Several years of experience in quantity surveying for construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in a senior or lead role.

Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying and project management software; familiarity with local building regulations and industry standards.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines in office.
