Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and agile Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee construction site operations, ensure project execution as per quality standards, and lead site teams effectively. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical knowledge, leadership skills, and extensive experience in managing construction projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all in office construction activities.
Ensure projects are completed within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor work progress and resolve technical issues at the site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Manage manpower,



materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.

Salary: Up to 80,000 per month (Based on experience, leadership qualities, and domain expertise)

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
10 12 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple site activities independently.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is preferred.
