Senior Forward Deployed Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing GenAI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, experience with contemporary backend frameworks, and an interest in Generative AI applications. This role offers hands-on exposure to prompt engineering, AI integrations, and building scalable backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django, or similar)
Work on integrations with APIs, databases, and external services
Write effective prompts and work with Generative AI models for real-world use cases
Build and maintain systems using MongoDB and Redis for storage, caching, and workflow orchestration
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy LLM-powered applications
Debug, optimize,
and ensure reliability and scalability of backend systems
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of professional experience in Python development
Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, Django
Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis
Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and working with LLMs
Experience writing prompts for AI models and integrating them into applications
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming in Python
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to recent technologies, and work in a collaborative workplace
