Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Projects
Manage and execute interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.
Supervise site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams for seamless project execution.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve technical issues and maintain construction and finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution
Oversee and manage interior fit-out project execution from start to completion.
Interpret architectural drawings and interior design layouts.
Supervise in office construction activities.
Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Monitor project schedules, progress, and budgets.

Site Supervision & Quality Control
Conduct regular site inspections.
Resolve technical and construction-related issues.
Ensure compliance with structural and finishing standards.
Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout project execution.

Coordination & Collaboration
Collaborate with architects and interior designers to ensure technical feasibility and design implementation.
Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, contractors, vendors,



and other multidisciplinary teams.
Support smooth communication among all project stakeholders.

Project Documentation & Reporting
Prepare BOQs, project reports, and progress updates.
Maintain project documentation and execution records.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in corporate, commercial, or residential interior fit-out projects.
Robust understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques.
Awareness of architecture and interior design trends.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other project management tools.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of sustainable and up-to-date construction techniques.
Experience working with MEP, HVAC, contractors, and vendors.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
