Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Estimation & Quantity Take-Off.
Ability to operate the Auto Level Machine.
Supervise daily construction activities.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
Plan and monitor daily site progress.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.
Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting works.
Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
Prepare daily progress reports (DPR).
Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Resolve technical and site-related issues.
Maintain site records, drawings, and documentation.
Verify completed work and contractor bills.
Ensure proper curing, testing, and quality control.
Report project progress, delays, and issues to management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
