Role Description The SEO & Digital Marketing Trainee internship is an in office role based in Kanpur. The trainee will support the digital marketing team by performing keyword research, assisting with on-page SEO optimization, and contributing to SEO audits for company and client websites. Daily tasks include monitoring website performance through web analytics tools, helping with link-building initiatives, and preparing basic reports on SEO and campaign outcomes.

The role also involves learning best practices in digital marketing,



collaborating with team members on content and campaign ideas, and maintaining accurate documentation of activities and results.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to optimize website content and structure.

Candidates should possess skills in SEO Audits to identify technical and content-related improvement areas.

Candidates should possess skills in Link Building to support ethical and effective off-page optimization efforts.

Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track, interpret, and report on website performance and user behavior.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEM, social media, content marketing) is beneficial.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively in office in Kanpur, and manage time effectively.

Pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with common SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
