Experience in implementing and managing complex Nexus Routing and Switching settings, including advanced VLAN configurations, agile routing protocols, and enterprise network optimization.

Experience in managing, and troubleshooting Firepower Firewall solutions, including advanced access control policies, VPNs, and enterprise-level threat prevention.

Knowledgeable in managing and optimizing VMware NSX-T environments, including logical routing, switching, micro-segmentation, and distributed firewall configurations for enterprise virtual networks.





Aware of F5 NLB load balancing techniques, pool and virtual server configurations, and monitoring practices to ensure high availability and optimal application performance.

Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices. Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis. Promotes a cooperative and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
