Role Description The ServiceNow Business Analyst will support ServiceNow implementation and enhancement initiatives in a remote, contract role. This position involves gathering and validating business requirements, mapping business processes, and translating stakeholder needs into transparent functional specifications for ServiceNow configurations.

The analyst will collaborate with technical teams to refine solutions, conduct impact analysis, and support testing and user acceptance activities. Daily responsibilities include facilitating workshops and meetings, preparing documentation and process flows, monitoring solution performance against business objectives, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.

Candidates should possess robust Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and prioritize needs across diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate process performance,



and recommend improvements to ServiceNow solutions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings, lead discussions, and collaborate with business and technical teams.
Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to model current and future workflows and align them with ServiceNow capabilities.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITOM platforms.
Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments, including user story creation and backlog refinement.
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) and platform capabilities is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
