Role & responsibilities
Manage all daily operations across production, purchase, sales, inventory, logistics, HR, and finance.
Establish and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and performance benchmarks across all business units.
End-to-end purchase process from vendor selection and negotiation to order approval and delivery tracking.
End-to-end sales process including order management, dispatch, customer communication, and after-sales support.
Approve pricing decisions, credit terms, and special commercial arrangements.
Review sales pipeline, receivables, and monthly revenue forecasts to align with production capacity.
Inventory planning for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
3+years of progressive experience in operations or general management within the textile or relevant industry or a closely related sector.
Prior experience in a Factory/Plant setting.
