Receive plans for the day from site Engineer and ensure same is been executed.
Maintain Daily Reports
Daily Curing of RCC Members
Maintain Stock register (eg. Cement etc)
Maintain Petty cash
Checking of columns / slabs (making a checklist for slab)
Checking plum line level
coordinating with project Architect, PMC, MEP & contractors
Making Daily, weekly, fortnight & monthly plans
Making bar chart and per chart
Taking every 50 cubic meter or less cube of concrete and sending it for checking on it’s due time
Study the drawings and report mistakes to RCC consultant, Architect & MEP.
Polite in communication with Architect, RCC consultants, MEP, BMC & Mhada Officers.
AutoCAD – 3D & 2D drawing, building layouts
Must be knowing Shore piling, building piling etc
