Job Overview

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented SEO Executive to manage and execute on-page, off-page, and technical Search Engine Optimization strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with content creators, web developers, and digital marketing teams to boost our organic reach, conversion rates, and search rankings.

Key Responsibilities
Keyword &
Market Research:

Conduct in-depth keyword research to discover recent organic opportunities, intent-driven search terms, and competitive content gaps.
On-Page Optimization: Optimize web pages, landing page copy, headings, metadata, URL structures, and internal link architecture.
Technical SEO: Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, mobile usability problems, and indexing roadblocks.
Off-Page SEO &
Link Building:

Execute ethical backlink strategies, outreach campaigns, and digital PR efforts to build domain authority.
Content Strategy Collaboration: Partner with content creators to brief, structure, and refine SEO-friendly blog posts, guides, and web copy.
Performance Tracking &
Analytics:

Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.




Competitor Analysis: Track competitor ranking tactics, backlink profiles, and content moves to capitalize on market trends.
Algorithm Updates: Stay up to date with search engine algorithm shifts, AI search developments, and industry best practices.

Requirements &
Skills
Experience: 0–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with standard industry tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Moz.
Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to extract actionable insights from complex search and web traffic data.
Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills to articulate strategies to non-technical stakeholders and developers.

Education &
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO Certification).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
