Manage the maintenance of vessels, including barge and fleet maintenance, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Oversee repair and replacement of equipment such as hydraulics, pumps, and spares management to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with vendors for vessel repairs and maintenance activities to ensure timely task completion.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and extend asset lifespan.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance strategies with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements :
Robust knowledge of hydraulics, pumps, spares management,



and vessel maintenance practices is required.
Experience in managing fleet maintenance of various types of vessels, including bulk carriers, tugs, and floating cranes.
Familiarity with class surveys, hull maintenance, and propeller maintenance is desirable.
Ability to work independently and lead teams to achieve maintenance goals.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
A robust understanding of preventive maintenance principles and practices is essential.
