Develop, configure, and support applications on the Pega Platform. Work on process automation, integrations, decision management, and AI-assisted development while ensuring application stability and performance.

Roles &
Responsibilities:
Develop and support applications on the Pega Platform.
Design and implement Pega Process Flows and Activities.
Develop UI components and Reporting features.
Work on Decision Management in Pega.
Build integrations using SOAP, REST, HTTP Connectors, and Services.
Work with Listeners, Agents, and Batch Processes.
Integrate Pega with databases and external systems.
Debug applications using Live UI, Clipboard, and Tracer.
Support deployment across different environments.




Write and execute unit test cases.
Collaborate with clients and technical teams.
Use AI tools and Prompt Engineering to improve development productivity.

Skilled &
Technical Skills:
Solid hands-on experience with the Pega Platform.
Experience working on multiple Pega frameworks.
Valuable knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience with Python development.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted development.
Experience in application development and system integration.
Good communication skills with the ability to handle client calls independently.
React.js or Node.js knowledge will be an added advantage.

Certifications:
CSA Mandatory
CSSA Mandatory
CUIS Preferred

Additional Information:
Minimum 5+ years of industry experience.
Candidates with AI tool exposure will have an added advantage.
15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
