About the Role:

Frankfinn is looking for a highly analytical, technically sharp Senior Manager / Lead of Affiliate Marketing to take complete ownership of our massive lead generation ecosystem.

Processing millions of leads annually, our call center operations rely entirely on high-intent, high-quality data. We are looking for a meticulous operator who can audit massive data sets, intercept fraudulent traffic (API scripting, coreg dumps), and strategically restructure our vendor ecosystem. Your primary mandate will be optimizing our existing affiliate structures and deploying cutting-edge, performance-based pricing models to achieve our target CPA (Cost Per Admission) with maximum conversions.

If you have managed large-scale affiliate pipelines in EdTech, FinTech, or Aggregator spaces, know exactly how to identify technical loopholes in API injections, and are uncompromising when it comes to lead quality, this role is for you.
