Supervise and manage the Cooling Water (CW) treatment system at site. Ensure proper dosing of treatment chemicals like corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, and biocides.
Maintain daily records of water analysis, chemical consumption, and system performance. Coordinate with client representatives and ensure compliance with site requirements and contract conditions. Supervise site technicians/operators and allocate daily work activities.
Ensure proper operation of chemical dosing systems and related equipment. Maintain safety standards and proper handling of treatment chemicals. Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit them to management and client.
Education Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E./Chemical
Behavioural Profile Valuable communication and coordination skills. Responsible and disciplined attitude towards work. Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability. Positive attitude towards safety and compliance with site rules. Ability to handle manpower and maintain valuable relations with client representatives. Punctual, sincere, and committed to assigned responsibilities.
