Robust fluency in at least one up-to-date frontend (React, Vue, Angular) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, Ruby)

Solid database skills across SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

Comfortable with cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) and CI/CD

Excellent written communication — async-friendly
