The Role
As a Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead and motivate site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while driving quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Supervise and motivate site teams and subcontractors.
Monitor health and safety compliance and conduct regular site inspections.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain accurate site records and report progress to senior management.
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, enabling works, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS card, NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management).
